If you are interested in renting a property from us, this is our Policy. You are required to have a minimum credit score of 550 with our credit company. You have to prove you make 2 and 1/2 times the rent. Have no evictions or open bankruptcies on your credit report. Also, you must fill out an application and pay $50.00 as an application fee.
